Terms of service
These terms apply to paperporter.com and the PaperPorter MCP server and plugins, operated by Shrikar Archak. By using PaperPorter you agree to them. Effective October 2, 2026.
What PaperPorter does
PaperPorter helps you fill official PDF forms and download them in their original layout. It does not submit forms, pay fees, or act on your behalf with any agency. It is not affiliated with any government agency.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and review every page of a completed form before you sign or submit it.
- Confirm with the issuing office that you are using the current form and following its instructions.
- Keep your account credentials secure and only fill forms you are entitled to complete.
- Do not misuse the service, including by attempting to access other people’s data, overloading it, or using it for unlawful purposes.
Not legal or professional advice
PaperPorter and its guides provide general information. They are not legal, tax, or permitting advice. Requirements change, and the issuing agency has the final say.
AI assistants
When you use PaperPorter through ChatGPT, Codex, or Claude, your use of that assistant is also governed by its provider’s terms. An assistant can make mistakes; check every answer before you confirm PDF generation.
Your content
You keep ownership of the answers and documents you provide. You give PaperPorter permission to store and process them only to provide the service to you. See the privacy policy.
Availability and changes
The service is provided as is and as available. Features, limits, and the form catalog can change, and we may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, PaperPorter is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by an incorrect, outdated, rejected, or late form submission. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim.
