When the administrator clicks Done, the reviewed version becomes available in the public catalog and through MCP. The browser preview, blank editable PDF, and assistant requirements reference that template. If further edits are saved, the template needs review again before public filling resumes. This avoids a completed admin item describing a form that the public cannot use, or an assistant retrieving a different mapping from the one shown in the browser.

What visitors can use today

Choose a ready application from the forms library. You can fill it manually without an account, download its blank editable PDF, or connect ChatGPT or Claude to fill it conversationally. Public visitors cannot import PDFs or edit the shared mapping. There are no client intake links, team workspaces, company profiles, or Google Forms exports in the current product. Those features should not be inferred from the term form builder.
