Privacy policy

PaperPorter is operated by Shrikar Archak. This policy covers paperporter.com and the PaperPorter MCP server and plugins for ChatGPT, Codex, and Claude. Effective October 2, 2026.

What we collect

We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics, and we do not sell personal information.

Browser filling without an account

When you fill a public form in your browser without signing in, your answers stay in that browser page and the PDF is produced on your device. They are not sent to or stored by PaperPorter.

AI assistants

When you connect ChatGPT, Codex, or Claude, the assistant calls PaperPorter tools on your behalf. PaperPorter receives only what those tools send, such as search terms and the answers you ask the assistant to save. Your conversation with the assistant is handled by its provider under that provider’s own privacy policy; PaperPorter does not receive the rest of the conversation.

How we use information

We use the information to sign you in, save and validate your applications, generate the PDFs you request, convert PDFs you submit, prevent abuse, and fix problems. We do not use your answers to train AI models.

Service providers

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the service and its users.

Retention and deletion

Security

Connections use HTTPS. Private applications and documents require your sign-in or a short-lived scoped link. No method of storage is perfectly secure, so do not include information a form does not ask for.

Children

PaperPorter is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes and contact

We will post changes on this page and update the effective date. Questions or requests: support@paperporter.com. Technical details about stored documents are in storage and privacy.
