Use reviewed PDF forms in your permit preparation workflow

PaperPorter can support the answer-entry part of a permit expediter’s workflow. Choose an approved official template, provide the project information, and review a completed PDF. Your coordination, package review, and client responsibilities remain separate from the form-filling tool.

Review a project before generating its PDF

Check the selected jurisdiction, application purpose, responsible parties, and source form. Have your assistant show the saved answers and validation results before generation. Confirm the exact saved revision when the details are correct. The download should be inspected together with the plans and supporting material, not treated as proof that the full package is ready.

Choose a supported application

The catalog contains published, human-reviewed forms. Forms awaiting review are not available for browser or MCP filling. Only the administrator adds new PDFs and edits their mappings. Check the original source and the issuing office’s instructions before using a saved copy. The same approved version serves the public browser and assistant workflows.

Keep review and submission separate

Validate the mapped questions and inspect every page of the downloaded document. Complete signatures and attachments using the issuer’s instructions. PaperPorter does not verify licenses, certify technical facts, prepare plans, submit the package, or guarantee approval. Ask the permit office about current fees and timelines rather than inferring them from the form.

Current account and data behavior

Manual answers stay in the browser page and should be downloaded before you leave. Assistant applications require OAuth and are saved to the signed-in user. The product does not currently offer client intake links, team access, saved company profiles, or automatic reuse across projects. Use accurate information for each selected application and keep your own project records.
